NO Cooking (strictly enforced) - You ARE NOT Allowed to use the (gas operated) cooktop! By booking this rental, you agree and acknowledge all rules laid out on this posting.
I live on the property (main house) with my family. The property is wired to local police and real time cameras throughout. I gladly interact with guests, I am very social. You can park your car in front of the Airstream, and have only access to the Airstream. No access to the house or backyard. There is a smart lock near by the electrical panel. Please be sure to return the keys! Failure to do so will immediately forfeit $500.00. Airtreams' locks are Very expensive to change.Important: To open the Airstream be sure to use the Highest KEY Hole. Turn the key all the way to the left first then all the way to the right, then lift the handle (it's a bit tricky but quite simple once you follow these steps).Please park in front of the Airstream between the 2 black Vases with Bamboo plants. The Airstream is secured and locked (for towing prevention).
