The Great Outdoors

The thought of Texas doesn’t usually conjure up images of rolling hills and vineyards, but east of Austin is the burgeoning wine region of Texas Hill Country.

RV Parks

If you are looking to stay close to town, keep your RV trailer rental in Cypress at Tomball-Rosehill RV Park and Burns RV Park of Tomball. Both are within 10 miles or 15 minutes' drive from the town center.

Exploring the City

The 57-acre Little Cypress Creek Preserve about 4 miles north of the town center is where the locals go to hike, jog, bike and ride horses. While the preserve has 10 man-made shallow ponds, swimming, boating or kayaking and canoeing in them are not permitted. For a time-warp experience, visit the Cypress Top Historic Park which preserved what was left of a mid-19th century railroad community. You will find a recreated railroad depot, a service station, a hall, a tool shed, a general store, a barbershop and two homes. There’s a small paved lot off-street where you can park your rental RV while you are having a look around the historical site.

Leo is the best RV owner. He was always there when I needed him for things I didn't know how to handle. He is super friendly and a thru blessing for any person that he does business with. I highly recommend him. His unit was clean and ready for a 2,200 miles roundtrip to Colorado that my family will always remember.

We had a great time camping at the Texas Renaissance Festival near Houston, TX. We only had a few issues that Betheny resolved quickly. I’d highly recommend the camper for two people. More gets a little crowded. We camped without hookups. The water tanked held fresh water. The refrigerator takes quite a while to cool down, but it works off battery or propane. We used a generator to power the equipment. Just make sure you don’t try to use too much power at once. The lithium battery only holds so much power. But you can charge it with your vehicle or with the generator. We had a lot of fun!!

It was a good trailer. I got good communication and instructions from the owner. We had a great experience.
