Those motorhome camping with their own boat in tow can make a beeline for the boat ramp located not far from the Dallas Baptist University Campus. Due to the lake’s shallow waters, watercraft are not permitted on the lake, and all boaters should exercise caution when launching their boat at the ramp.

Due to the lake’s close proximity to Dallas, there are limited camping options nearby. Therefore those camping with an RV will need to head slightly further out into the country to find somewhere to set up camp.

Located between two of Texas’ biggest cities, there are so many things to do whilst camping near Mountain Creek Lake. This RV and the hosts were amazing. The RV was so well equipped and comfortable to stay in. There was a lot of space to stay comfortably and to cook in. We used the RV as a home base during a cooking competition and we did very well. We had travelled all the way from Australia and the delivery, set up and communication was seamless. Thanks again for everything and hope to use this RV again next year.
