Exploring the City

The USU Eastern Prehistoric Museum is dedicated to promoting and preserving prehistory through interpretive exhibits, educational programs, collections, and research. It is accredited by the American Alliance of Museums. The museum’s holdings comprise more than 700,000 archaeological artifacts including Fremont culture exhibits such as rock art reproductions and the famous Pilling Figurines, a comprehensive display of Utah’s Ice Age ecology and Paleoindian presence. The Huntington Mammoth and specimens collected from the Cleveland-Lloyd Dinosaur Quarry are also on display here, and you can see them all when you rent an RV in Price.
