• TOW REQUIREMENTS: Renter MUST have a properly rated vehicle, functioning brake controller, and towing experience. Trailer must be towed safely and within all manufacturer limits. You are liable for any misuse or damage.
• NO SMOKING/VAPING: Smoking or vaping of any kind inside the trailer is strictly prohibited. Evidence will result in additional cleaning fees.
• OCCUPANCY LIMIT: Maximum of 5 guests inside the trailer at any time.
• NO ROOF ACCESS: Climbing or storing items on the roof is not permitted.
• *USE OF AWNING* Do NOT leave the awning unattended. Retract during wind, rain, or when not in use.
• TRAVEL RESTRICTIONS: Paved roads only. No off-roading, mudding, beach driving, or festivals without prior approval.
• CLEAN RETURN: Please remove trash, wash dishes, and return the trailer in reasonable condition to avoid additional fees.
• TANKS & PROPANE: Propane, water, and tanks should be returned at agreed levels. Dumping instructions will be provided.
