5.0Fantastic experience. We have limited experience with RVs and are completely new to Outdoorsy, and Michael took the time to explain everything to us in detail as soon as he got here. The RV itself was excellent and very well equipped, with a ton of features that we didn't have the time to use. Super clean, well-maintained, and was a welcome shelter from the elements given the crazy fluctuations in weather we had this weekend. We had one minor blip during the weekend, and Michael was extremely responsive and helped us get that solved right away. This was overall an amazing experience as well as a great first impression of both Michael and Outdoorsy. We will definitely rent from him again if the opportunity arises.

5.0Couldn’t be better, communication was terrific, Michael responded within an hour to every question. Camper seemed brand new, super clean and everything worked great especially the AC on 90+ days. Michael dropped the camper and set up everything. Nothing to worry about at all. Overall terrific weekend.
