Seamless delivery and pick up. Very clean. Excellent communication from host. Would rent again. Highly recommend!

The good ! The ac was ice cold, the main bed and couch were super comfy ! The unit had extra sheets and towels !!! The main areas were clean. The not so good The listing pictures don’t show the peeling cabinets and wear that’s on the unit. There were some major communication issues, including having to drive an extra 40 minutes to get the unit because, last minute, the pick up location was changed 40 minutes past my route (the main reason I chose this unit was because it was already in our route to our destination) There was a strong urine smell in the bathroom, which was caused by urine sitting in the toilet from before we picked up. It continued to smell very strong of urine even after I flushed it. The twin beds were super uncomfortable… they were 1/2 foam on top of wood slats… I’d expect a unit like this to be slightly upgraded. Thankfully Outdoorsy was quick to respond to my concerns, nothing was done to remedy the situation (other than we were allowed to drop it off at the previously agreed upon location. Because of the bad communication and cleanliness issues I would not rent from this host again.

Another great trip for us. This RV is extremely well stocked, owners have thought of everything! Communication was perfect and they were very accommodating. Will definitely rent again if we are in the area.
