5.0Emilee was amazing! We booked on super short notice and helped us get it taken care of. We picked up the trailer she was super helpful walked us through the whole thing from the hitch to dumping the water. she also answered texts while we were away. Trailer was perfect for what we needed and towed very easily. Would definitely rent again
