It was my first time trailering anything and I was a bit nervous. Kellsey was a pro at hooking up my truck and provided a back up camera to assist me. The airstream was clean, comfy and easy to use with the instruction guide at the ready. If you are new to camping this is the place to begin and you have a guide (Kellsey) for no extra charge! I will absolutely use Gladys again or check out Monty Fresh!
