Hector was awesome to work with! He was accessible, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and helpful too. I was in need of a guest room during a short visit in Moss Landing. Hector had the trailer delivered & set up prior to me even arriving. He not only had the bed already set up for me, but texted to let me know it was ready to go, and then communicated with me several times during my stay to make sure all was well. My stay in Moss Landing was really convenient, as well as enjoyable thanks to Hector, the use of his trailer, and his kind, caring heart. I will definitely use him again when needed. I highly recommend him to anyone needing a guest room or an amazing glamping experience. You will not be disappointed. Thanks so much Hector!

This was our first time renting a travel trailer and Hector was beyond helpful and patient with instructions and answering questions. He was very accommodating with our schedule which made it a stress free rental experience. It was a smooth and easy transaction from start to finish and the communication was top notch, even checking in during our trip.
We will definitely be renting from Hector again. Also, almost forgot to mention the trailer was cleaned and well stocked.

Let me start off by saying we loved the trailer!
Hector was a great host and went above and beyond for us! This was hands down the best trailer experience we've had on Outdoorsy.
Hector was very flexible with our trip and picking up and dropping off the trailer. He went over everything and provided a walk through video in case we had any more questions. He even checked in with us a couple days into our trip to make sure everything was working ok and if we needed anything.
The trailer was easy to tow and was the perfect size for our camping spot. The trailer was clean from top to bottom and had all the amenities we needed. Taking a hot shower, washing our hands and using the restroom without leaving the trailer was so convenient. The bed was super comfy and spacious. The trailer had everything we needed.
I cannot say enough good things about Hector and his trailer. We will definitely rent from Hector again and recommend him to all our family and friends.
