Looking for a luxury Rig big enough for the entire family look no further. This 2018 Keystone Raptor has it all. 3 ac's to keep it cool, central heat with additional electric fire place to keep it warm. Ac's have heat pumps as well if temps are between 45 and 60 outside they combined with the electric fireplace are plenty warm but if it dips below. No worries this has an extreme weather package along with a great central heating system. Also it has all stainless steel appliances and a central vacuum. The Fridge is full size residential that runs on electric or battery with gas. It has double doors along with a full size double door freezer. Microwave is large and doubles as a convection oven. The stove and oven are gas powered. Solid surface countertop in the kitchen with built in LED lighting in it. along with led lighting around the slides in the living and kitchen area. These combined with the fire place make for great evening lighting. It has two rooms and a full bathroom with walk in shower and bench seat in the front and a half bathroom in the rear. The master bath has LED lighting around the mirror and also has a solid surface countertop. It has a loft that separates the living the rear area. In the rear the couches and queen bed pneumatically come down from the ceiling. They can be adjusted for multiple applications. The ramp in the back is also a balcony complete with railing. unit has 5 holding tanks two black two grey and one 90 gal freshwater. It is also equipped with a Cummings 5500kw gas generator with 20 gal fuel tank. Along with additional aux fuel tank and pump to fuel atv's etc... It also has a 6 point auto leveling system and is fitted with an incommand system that allows bluetooth control of the slides awnings and some indoor and outdoor lighting. It also has 3 tv's as well with 3 zone sound system and tv hook ups outside. What's includedFresh linens, folding table under master bed, folding chairs under master bed, sewer hose, fresh water hose.RecommendationsIts great in all applications. Just make sure you have plenty of room to park it and try to park it as level as possible.Other things to noteMake sure truck is unhooked, doors closed and steps up before leveling. Make sure doors and cabinets are closed and slide paths free of obstruction before operating the slides.

The RV is currently set up on my property a quarter mile from boat dock and marina here on Lake Conroe. It can be rented here or at a location of your choosing.
