-We had the camper delivered to our campsite. When we got there, the camper was about 4" out of level, we contacted the host and he said he couldn't get there to level it, so we did it ourselves. -AC went out, host said other guests had said it froze up on them but he'd never had it happen to him. Said it was a power issue based on the error codes we sent. The wiring wasn't original and the filter was filthy. We had an electrician come out but they said it wasn't a power issue. -We asked the host to just come get the camper, but said if we kept it he'd give us a 50% refund, which he did. -dog hair everywhere, bedroom door was coming off the track, no hot water, the water that did come out had an odor, window screen came off and I had to put it back on. -Host accused us of taking the sewer hose, but it was in the tote when we left -Just not a good experience overall with this camper.

From start to finish, fantastic. Kyle was very accommodating on our times needed. Beautiful, clean trailer. A very nice young man, we will definitely rent from him again.

One of the easiest experiences I’ve had renting something, this was my first time renting a travel trailer and Kyle made it very simple. He was pretty flexible on the day for pickup and drop off. Everything was really clean and in perfect order when we picked up. The trailer has one of the best layouts for a family or just anyone traveling with a few people. My kids loved the bunk beds and the spacious dinette. Loved having 2 doors to enter the trailer, a solid door for the front bedroom was a plus. This is something I would go out and buy myself when the time comes. Outdoor fridge is a big plus but the inside fridge can hold a lot of stuff. I could go on and on about how great of a experience it was from the beginning to the end of the trip, but simply put, I would rent this again. Even with temps into the upper 90s nearly 100 degrees the AC kept us cool. It pulled well behind my 3/4 ton truck and would expect any 1/2 ton to do the same as it had maybe 700-800lbs tongue weight when all loaded up with water and our own gear/food.

Basically a brand new camper! Really worked out great!

This much awaited trip for us only got better when we seen in-person the camper. The inside was perfect and everything worked like a charm. Plus the air conditioning was a life saver when we were burnt out of the sun. The host were amazing and extremely helpful with all the questions that popped up. Can’t wait to book again.
