Our 2017 RV is 31 feet long and pretty much brand new. You will have plenty of sleeping accommodations with a queen in the bedroom, 2 twin bunkbeds, an over-cab bed, pullout sofa, and conversion dinning table. There is also LED lighting, and an out door entertainment system with tv and stereo.RV is equipped with cruise control, cameras on the rear and side mirrors, power leveling jacks, power retractable entry steps, and tons of storage underneath for any equipment you want to bring along.What's includedAll rentals will be clean with a stocked kitchen (pots, pans, utensils, bowls, plates and cups) and have a full gas tank, full propane tank, and full fresh water tank. RV is stocked with fresh linens, bathroom toiletries, Keurig coffee machine, K-Cups of Coffee and Hot chocolate. Also included in your rental are camp chairs, BBQ grill, first aid kit, and board games.

Rules and policies
No one likes rules... we know ..... however we have a few. No smoking is allowed in the RV, do not go onto the top of the RV (its probably dirty up there, no need to take a look), Max of 2 pets. No smoking allowed Fuel levels will be returned full. Propane will be refilled too full. Doors and windows will be closed if a campfire is lit within the vicinity. Pets are allowed. Pets must be pre-approved and will be kenneled if left alone in the RV. Only toilet paper goes into the toilet. Please do not put any other sanitary items or any kind of wipe in toilet. Pickup and drop off times will be set via advanced messages. If more then 2 hours late it will be considered a no show to pick up.

We are pretty flexible as long as you communicate your needs. Let us know your plans and schedule and we can work something out to fit both our schedules.

We ask that if you pick it up at 4pm that it is returned by 4 pm the day of return.

What time can I pick it up to start my rental?

During the week Monday thru Friday pick up will be after 4:30 PM unless otherwise arranged. Saturday and Sunday we are more flexible. If you have other times that you are needing to pick up the RV or drop it off please communicate with us prior to making the reservation so we can make sure we are available at those time.

Hi! My name is Alicia and my family purchased this RV to help our family get out and make lasting memories. We have 2 children, 4 dogs, and 2 goats, definitely a handful. So getting out into nature and spending quality time away from video games, tv shows, and daily house chores is a blessing. We truly enjoy our time finding new locations and spending time together.
