First off, congrats on the successful rental! If you have no additional charges, such as mileage or cleaning costs, and want to to release your renter’s full security deposit, just login to your Outdoorsy dashboard, open the reservation details and click “Manage Security Deposit”. You can release the full deposit, and the renter will be immediately refunded. If you don’t manually release the security deposit, Outdoorsy will do it for you after seven days as long as there isn’t a hnew in place.
