Ben was great to work with on towing the trailer. Pickup and drop off were easy and he worked with me on days/times. Only things that came up were the fridge didn't get super cold and the smoke alarm went off a few times though there was no smoke. Other than that everything worked great and Ben was great.

RV was great. There was no contactless key dropoff option which required more coordination but owners were very responsive.

My wife and I are considering buying an RV so wanted to test our skills and appetite by renting one first. This turned out to be a great rig and host to accomplish the task. Ty and Mackenzie were super responsive and helpful from beginning to end, so our fears about setup, etc., quickly vanished. It was quite easy! The RV was comfortable, easy to handle, and had everything we needed. It was a delightful, relaxing five days! We highly recommend!
