Right from pre-booking, to booking and during our vacation, Lisa was fantastic to deal with. She was happy to answer questions, provided a list of items within the trailer with suggestions on what to bring from home. She offered an emptying service mid week if needed as well, given we were a big gang of people.
The trailer was ready and cooled when we arrived and she and Ken both did a walk through with us on how to manage any concerns. They left us their cell number to contact in case we did need help. We did not! The trailer was bright and roomy for our gang of 5 + 1 when my son arrived at the end of the week.
I would recommend Lisa as she was a great host, with lovely touches like train sheets for my 8 yr old son! There were hygiene items provided in case we forgot ours. She had little touches everywhere.
Thank you Lisa for turning our camping into glamping!!
