We had a last minute cancellation from one of your host, Francisco Robillard, even though we had made reservations months in advance. His trailer was lacking the black/gray hoses and adapters for waste disposals, and the tanks were 3/4 full. The water hose was broken and the tool for raising the level jacks was missing. When we reach him by text and explained the situation, he cancelled even though we already had the RV. Had to pack up and return the RV right away. Imagine how frustrated and sad we were by this. We had planned this adventure with family and friends months ago, and he decided to do this. He told us we were not ready for his RV, he surely doesn't know how to take care of the RV himself. I'm an Eagle Scout and Scoutmaster for over 20 years. You can imagine my experience with RV and trailing.

Perfect size, easy to maneuver, very functional. Natasha and Ricky were very thorough in explaining the details, graciously allowed us to pick up the RV early, and allowed us extra time to return it (CAUTION: other bookings may make this impossible--we were fortunate). In addition, we called on Sunday from Ginnie Springs because one of the slides was not functioning, and within a matter of hours Natasha and Ricky had located a service company who came out and fixed the problem.
