Do not let this scare you if you are a responsible party.Passport Ultra Lite 255BH, 28ft bunkhouse, 4200lbs, towable with a SUV, sleeps 7 comfortably, recommend 4-5 as it can be crowded otherwise on rainy days. Easy to tow in and out of areas.No pets or smoking. We also do not allow cooking of obnoxious foods (bacon/fish) to keep smells to a minimum for other guests. Use the outside cookstove for these items.Sleeping space: semi private queen (Sleeps 2), jackknife sofa (sleeps 1), dinette (sleeps 1), double bed (sleeps 2), single (sleeps 1 and under 150lbs).Features: 3 burner stove, oven, microwave, auto gas/electric refrigerator/freezer, gas/electric DSI 6 gallon water heater, outside 2 burner cook stove, ducted A/C, ducted heat. Alot of windows for the view, including 1 large window in dinette area. Tinted for privacy with blinds.Entertainment: 2 TV/DVDs with remote- one BlueRay. The living area TV can swivel into the bunk area for the kids. AM/FM/CD/Apple/Android inside and outside (4 speaker), See our bundles for other options.Outside: 18ft awning, 3 large outside storage areas. 1 can fit full size folding chairs!
