Perfect for your family camping trip! All appliances work great including the heat and air conditioning. There is a new memory foam queen mattress in the bedroom where there is extra storage in the side cabinets for your belongings. The couch pulls out into a full size bed and the dining table folds into a small bed as well. We are flexible and can accommodate last minute trips if needed. Please let us know if you have any other requests that we can help accommodate.No smoking inside the camper is allowed.Thank you for looking at our listing, we hope to hear from you soon!What's includedWe supply sheets, blankets and pillows. We also have five towels and shampoo/conditioner that you’re welcome to use. There are two adult and two child camping chairs and plenty of utensils for outdoor and indoor cooking.
