Steve did an excellent job staying in touch with us, and sending important reminders, along with information that made the rental process easier. I appreciated the care he showed to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible while at a site with no water or waste hookup. The camper was sparkling clean. Steve was on time for drop off and pick up.

Kevin was very accommodating! He made sure I understood everything about the trailer before I left including hitching and unhitching. He checked on me mid trip to make sure everything was going well. Great rig, very comfortable mattress, easy to tow and set up. Highly recommend!
