The awning on the rv wasn’t available when we had payed for an rv with a working awning , the living area was not available due to damage from a previous renter had to live with the bed out the entire trip taking up 70% of the space in the rv making it almost impossible to function , got stuck in some dirt and needed a winch had insurance with outdoorsy that included road side assistance unfortunately the assistance I was provided was a 5 hour wait just to have to call my own tow company because the road side assistance wasn’t able to find anyone and wasn’t able to assist while me and my partner waited on the side of the road for hours and hours. Overall terrible customer service throughout the experience 0/10 would never do this again massive money pit and the insurance is a scam worst trip of my life !

Ivan is pleasant to deal with, explained very well how everything works and had everything ready for us to use on our getaway. Had no issues during our trip and had a smooth and easy return back to owners. Would definitely use and recommend Nataliya and Ivan’s rental in the future.
