Our 2021 cosy, yet spacious and practical travel trailer has a large rear living area with two reclining arm chairs and a two seater sofa which converts into a tri-fold double bed. Recliner chairs fall back into comfortable extra single beds if needed. TV with Roku and built in antenna (fireplace optional add-on). Island-style kitchen with plenty of storage, microwave, fridge/freezer and stove/oven. Dining area with convertible table into a comfy twin bed. Central heating and air conditioning. Queen size bedroom with built in wardrobes and storage over bed. Bathroom with spacious corner shower unit, toilet and sink with storage cabinets and shelving. Tow hitch and stabilizer bars available upon request. Additional Accessories include two propane tanks with fuel regulator, outside shower connector, water and waste disposal pipe extensions, leveling pads, 4 camping chairs and 2 fold out camping tables, portable standing coal BBQ on wheels with coal, fire lighters and utensils, 2 large outdoor floor mats, fresh linens, pillows and towels, pots, pans, cutlery, drinkware, bowls/plates, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, kettle, water dispenser, hand held vacuum and table lamp.
