Sam is a Brand New 2021 Viking Model 182DBU for this year. Featuring U-seating under the Double Murphy Bed, 2 Double Bunks, vanity sink outside the bathroom, USB ports throughout, outside griddle/grill, and outdoor fridge.You can haul Sam anywhere you wish, without owning a big truck at less than 4000#'s. What's includedBroom, indoor mat, outdoor mat, toilet paper, standard length sewer hose, standard length water hose, 30 AMP power cord, outdoor TV cable are included to connect to local cable. TV and other indoor amenities are not included.
We have multiple option packages available:
- Campfire package, includes fire starter, matches, marshmallows, sticks. Fire ring and firewood not provided.RecommendationsThere are numerous locations around here for camping. Plenty of RV parks and campgrounds. Some of our favorite include, Knoebels, Hershey, Gettysburg, French Creek State Park.Other things to noteBring your Kids, Food, Sheets, hookup and go.The RV should be returned clean, Gray and black water tanks empty and full of Propane for the next renter. Propane refills will be charged a flat $35 fee.
Pets - we charge an additional $95 for Pets in the RV. No Cats or animals outside crates or cages.
Any damage will be the responsibility of the renter.
If the RV is returned dirty, a cleaning fee will be charged at $75/hr.
If there is a smoke smell (either cigarette, tobacco, wood, etc.) in the unit, it will be sent to a professional cleaning company and the bill will be forwarded the renter plus an administration fee of $250.Lost Keys Fee: $200 if the Camper is returned with missing keys.
