This comes completely ready to go. All you need is your clothes, food and personal items. This camper has a bunkhouse to the rear, a Super slide which means lots of room for the kids and pets, along with 2 other slides to extend lots of space. All exterior clearance lights, turn signal lights and brake lights have been upgraded to LED for higher visibility and lower current draw on the tow vehicle. The unit has a stabilizer system for less sway and bounce while set up, and comes with 2 - 30 pound propane tanks that will last a long time for hot water + cooking. It comes with a TV, Bluetooth radio outdoor speakers, a DVD/Blue-ray player, antenna all set up you just have to turn on the power no set up needed. Air conditioning and propane heat. Fresh water tank is a 48 gallon capacity Gray water tank is 32 Gallon Capacity Black Water Tank is 32 Gallon Capacity Water heater is a 6 gallon capacity, propane and electric powered. This unit provides and outdoor shower and kitchen, along with outdoor grill. Unit provides larger standard fridge inside and small fridge for drinks in the outdoor kitchen. Other things included are microwave, coffee pot, basic cooking utensils, camper fire forks for hot dogs and smorses. Pick up time is at 3 P.M. on the first day of rental and return time is 10 A.M. on the last day of rental. I would recommend at least a 40 Ft. long site.
