Easy driving, extra clean 2018 Thor Four Winds 32’ double slide bunk house has a rear bedroom with walk around queen bed, cab over queen and a table and sofa that can be made into a double bed the two bunks slide out this can sleep a family of ten with a total of six beds. The living room has a slide out for more room when you are camping. This motor home has an air conditioning, on board power plant, manual awning, fridge, 3 burner range & oven, micro wave, TV with DVD.Renters:
Pickup after 3PM , unless prior arrangement has been made.Clean interior and exterior of the RV prior to return.Empty both black and gray tank prior to return.Fill propane and gas tanks to the same level which they were provided.Renters cannot leave their vehicle at the pickup address while they are on their trip.What's includedFully stock RV grade toilet paper, broom/dust pan.Pick up only no deliveries.Other things to note*NO BURNINGMAN*-
-Due to Covid-19 please bring your own beddings, pillows, blankets and etc..
-Kitchen is not fully stock please provide your own (utensils and cook ware are available upon request for small FEE)
-No Smoking.

-RV will have full tank of gas prior to picking up. Make sure to have a full tank upon return or will be subject to $100 fee
