This Luxe fifth wheel was designed for full time living and maximum comfort.For starters, let the hydraulic jacks self-level the unit with the push of a button during setup.Guests will enjoy the tall ceilings and “rock solid” feel to the unit, including real wood cabinets, thick, insulated walls, external window treatments, copious natural and LED lights, and double curtains.The memory foam king bed, along with 4 inch thick bunk mattresses make everyone look forward to bed time.If you don’t want your shower to end, keep it going as long as you’d like thanks to the on-demand water heater.The three air conditioners and two furnaces ensure perfect climate control in three zones.And the three televisions provide opportunities to relax in your own space.Need to run a load of laundry? No problem, just use the stackable washer dryer in the mid bunkhouse.Tired of doing dishes by hand, throw them in the dishwasher.Need to cook an extra thanksgiving turkey? It will fit with room to spare in the full sized oven.How about a cold drink from the residential French door refrigerator, or some ice cream from the freezer?When it’s time to go outside, put both the awnings out to ensure you can relax out of the hot sun while you eat meals and visit with friends.Whether you need this life for a weekend, a week, or longer, the Luxe will be here waiting for you. (3 day minimum)Please Note: This unit is very heavy and requires a one ton dually truck at a minimum for towing. Also while it does have a generator and solar, due to all the features it works best when attached to 50 amp shore power.As such it is delivery only, which means you tell us what RV park you’d like it at, and it will deliver and set it up. We will provide you with a detailed walk though and teach you how to use everything to ensure you take advantage of all it has to offer.Fees: $50 delivery and setup fee up to 50 miles.$100 Cleaning fee applies.Final Note: When choosing an RV park, ensure it can accommodate a 43 foot RV and has sewer, water, and 50 AMP service.What's includedFresh linens, camping chairs, outdoor rug, and cook air wood fired grill
