Yes its old it may not be winning any beauty awards but it does get the job done it does show its age but beauty takes time it does have a working mini fridge a stove that can be used inside or out and the water for the sink is ran but pumping the handle electric works on 30 amp it does have battery power but it only runs the fridge for now the fridge also runs on propane What's includedi will have a canopy with it as it does not have an awning
