It was only an overnight stay and a tiny, insy, winsy look into the nomadic lifestyle, and I loved it. Definitely going to do it *screams in excitement and good fear* Tyler was a joy to communicate with, and the beast of a van handled well. Thanks again!!

This was a comfortable and well equipped van. The bed was quite comfortable. We had one problem that required calling the company that provided roadside care. We had purchased the middle coverage. V poor service from the company. Over 6 1/2 hour wait. Fortunately we were at our stay so not stuck anywhere on the road. I will be complaining to Outdoorsy about this. Poor and unprofessional. The tech was great though. No reflection on Tyler. He was in the loop the whole time and as helpful as he could be.

Tyler’s van was a great option for our camping weekend. It is exactly as advertised and does the job! Our only issue was that the speedometer was not working, which was initially tricky until we found a workaround. Otherwise, Tyler was easy to communicate with and very accommodating.

Cancelled less than 24 hours before travelling to the US from Canada because of a failed inspection, huge inconvenience trying to find another accommodation with such little time.
