AND HAS 2 Bathrooms!!!!This rental accommodates up to 8 guests, at 39 Ft. with 3 slide outs that expand the living and dining rooms there is plenty of room for everyone! Also features a private queen bedroom, 2 Air Conditioners, Toy Hauler garage with 2 Large Size beds that convert into a dinette table, a sleeper sofa, 2- 30 LB propane tanks, electric jacks, electric awning with LED lights, stereo system with indoor and outdoor speakers, smart TV’s in every room, second door for toy hauler garage only entrance, outdoor shower, and tons of storage space!!**Note: All rentals require AT Least 50 AMP electrical service to properly function. All rentals have the ability to boondock (meaning no amenities) because we can fill the freshwater tanks, supply a generator and dump/sanitize the black (septic) tank. This rental requires a site to allow AT Least 40 Foot camper and clearance for 2 driver side slide outs and 1 passenger slide out. ***Ask about including a golf cart rental!*****No Shoes on the Carpet Areas (Bunk bedroom/Kitchen/Dining Room) $250 Fee for any damage or stains on carpet! *********Smoking/Vaping IS NOT Permitted inside the rental or on the outdoor mat.**This IS A PET Free Camper**IF you have any special requests, please ask before arrival.
