- Security deposit: $500.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $75.00. We will prep and sanitize between (and before) every use. Excessive clean-up (outside of normal use - ie. deep stains, sink full of dirty dishes, pet messes, bathroom) fee may charged upon return.

This is my first rental with Outdoorsy. I’m pretty experienced with trailers and towing but these hosts are the “above and beyond” type. When I arrived to meet Nicholas and Michele and retrieve the trailer, the weight distribution hitch was laid out ready to be hooked up, and had a fresh film of grease on the ball. Nicholas took the time to walk me through the trailer and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions while he gave me a tour and a rundown of all of the equipment and locations inside and out. The trailer is very well stocked, both with trailering/setup essentials and home comforts as well. It’s fully furnished with blankets and pillows, a hair dryer, coffee machine etc. most things you might expect to find in a nice hotel, as well as plenty of pads for all the leveling jacks and the stinger, all of the power cables necessary (and then some) for hooking up in multiple different ways, along with several adapters and a 30amp dogbone surge protector. He was sure to inform me of the handling characteristics of the trailer before my trip, and was very understanding of varying experience levels with this trailer.
Nicholas and his wife Michelle made me feel so comfortable before and during this rental that it felt just like borrowing from an old friend. I can’t wait to do business with them again.

Nick and Michelle were amazing to work with. They had everything prepared and did a thorough walk through so we understood how to use everything. The trailer was very clean, had everything you'd need and then some. Nick and Michelle even took the time to drive to our RV on our first night out to help with a minor issue that they were able to fix for us. They went above and beyond during our rental period and will definitely rent from them again. Thank you for such a wonderful trip and for the support of our event. Looking forward to the next trip in your beautiful RV.

My family and I had a great experience talking with (and working with) Nicholas! I was nervous since this was my first time renting and operating an RV; however Nicholas did a very thorough, instructional walk-through with us at the time of delivery and he stayed in communication with me through the first couple of days, answering my many questions. The RV trailer is spacious and beautiful both inside and out. It has everything that we needed and more! Whether you're new to RV'ing like me or an experienced camper, you won't be disappointed with this RV and the exceptional customer service provided by Nicholas!

Q.How many people does your trailer sleep?

Kind of like the phone booth with all those people stuffed in it...as many as you can get in... but please, this is our second home :)
But honestly, the only bed is a queen bed. The booth dinette turns into a bed perfect for small children, or an adult that can sleep anywhere.
Q.What's the pet policy?
A.
Dogs and cats are ok! Please ensure you clean up after them, especially their fur and any stray food.
While we love all animals, we only welcome dogs and cats and ask that your dog (or cat) not treat our second home as their own - no peeing, pooing, clawing, fur-balling, pawing at the doors to get out, etc.
We will include Waggle, a pet monitoring system, free of charge!
Q.Music festivals. Yes or no?
A.
Yes, but please respect our second home. We know this is Las Vegas but we don't have a team of housekeepers cleaning up after you and we dont charge a cleaning fee. We trust that you'll use our second home as an alternative place to get some sleep, relax and clean up and not use the interior to party hard. We will however post-trip charge for any excessive messes made or left behind. And then I'll call Liam Neeson, who has a particular set of skills and will find you!
Q.Delivery? Can we arrange to have the trailer set up and stationary at a local RV resort?
A.
We will only deliver to an RV resorts or parks (free delivery within 35 miles of us) (please message about going further - the fee is to cover high gas prices). If you choose to have us deliver at one of the many RV resorts in the Las Vegas area, please let us know in advance which one. You will be responsible for making your reservation and we will deliver and set up the trailer. Even with the RV park nightly rate, it's a great alternative to Vegas hotels, and no resort fee!
