Very hospitable and easy to work with. Josh met me out at the site and walked me through the usage of the camper. We did not have electric at our site and my only suggestion would be to have a generator as the battery only lasted about 1.5 days with minimal usage. Great camper and very roomy, loved the layout and interior!
