Awning is to be used only for shade and light rain. If there are storms or winds above 8mph forecasted always make sure the Awning is retracted back in fully to its stored position.No mud or heavy dirt in the RV. There is an Outdoor Shower that is perfect for when the kids get dirty in the lake or while having a fun day on the ATV.Light cleaning of the trailer is expected before the end of your stay.Please place all used bedding/towels/pillow cases in laundry bags that will be included.

This was the perfect camper for our family
Of 5- clean, spacious, and had everything we needed from coffee pods to sheets. Katlen was a fantastic host- super responsive and answers goth away when we arrived late to the campsite and had some questions. He also was flexible with drop off and pick up which made life easier for my busy family. The price was great too. We plan on booking with him again for future camping trips!
