It is brand new 2021 RV. Fully equipped with a queen-sized bed, sink, microwave, conditioner, heater. Also, it has grill and kitchen packed with all you need.
-Willing to deliver to destination and pick up.
-No smoking in the camper, please !!! If it smells of smoke, you will not receive your deposit back!
-Sorry we don't rent to people traveling with any pets for allergy reasons.
-Please feel free to reach out with any special requests.What's includedLinens and towels, pots/pans and kitchen accessories, coffee maker, disposable plates and silver ware, toilet paper, gas grill. We try to provide everything you could possibly need. Recommendations-The awning should be used when weather is nice(no wind).

Owners were very easy to work with and once it came time to make our trip they were very responsive. The camper is clean and a great setup with the 2 bunk beds. We slept family of 4 perfectly. Camper is as described and pictured. Solar power is nice to keep fridge and lights without generator. You will definitely need generator if you’re camping in hot or cold weather and need to run HVAC. Would rent again!
