Meet Lucille! Lucille is a 2018 Gulf Stream Vintage Cruiser. She is the perfect size for a couple looking for a romantic retro getaway, or someone on a solo trip looking for some solitude. She has everything two people would need, so pack your bags and food, and you’re good to go!Here is what she has: queen bed (linens and pillows provided), dinette bed (no linens provided), sink, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, tv with cable hookups, toilet, large shower, and plenty of cabinet, closet and storage space. Also included are 3 folding chairs, 10 x 10 canopy, outdoor rug, dishes, electric griddle, pots, and pans. *NO Awning*Generator can be rented for $20. It comes with a full tank of gas. You will refill as needed. It does not need to come back full. She is small and light, at 3100 pounds, so she is easily pulled. You will need a brake control box if pulling yourself. If you are not comfortable with that, we deliver within 120 miles of Lenoir, NC, with a rate of $2 per loaded mile.Deposit Info
Deposit is 100% refunded after return and inspection. If there is damage, it will come out of the deposit.
If you are pulling it yourself, then I set the deposit to match the insurance deductible for the package you choose. This is for your and my protection should an accident or damage occur.
Basic package $17.95 per day, $2000 deductible and deposit
Essential package $32.95 per day, $1500 deductible and deposit

RecommendationsWe are close to many beautiful and exciting areas, including Blowing Rock, the Blue Ridge Parkway, Boone, Asheville, Bristol Motor Speedway, Asheboro Zoo, and many more. Here are some of my favorite places to camp in the area:
Price Park Campground in Blowing Rock
Kerr Scott Lake in Wilkesboro-3 campgrounds- Bandits Roost, Fort Hamby, Warrior Creek
Green Mountain Resort in Lenoir
Bear Den Campground on the Parkway
Steele Creek Campground in Morganton
Mortimer Campground in Nebo
These are only suggestions and I am in no way affiliated with these campgrounds.
Other things to noteNo smoking. If unit comes back smelling of cigarette/cigar/vape smoke, you will lose your entire security deposit. The propane tanks and generator tank if rented, will be full on delivery. It is up to you to refill them as needed, and they do NOT need to be returned full.No backwoods/boondock camping. She is too low to the ground to get around most backwoods gravel roads, and dragging the jacks and bumper can cause significant damage.I do not charge a cleaning fee, so I ask that the unit comes back clean and in the same condition she was in when you picked her up. Please have dishes washed and put away, and do not leave any trash or food behind. (I take care of washing linens and towels.)It is up to you to make sure the campground you choose has all the amenities/hookups to fit your needs. Our unit is 30 amp electric, water, and sewer capable. If staying longer than 2 days, I highly recommend getting a full hookup spot with sewer. If a full hookup is not available, you will not be able to use the shower and toilet much before the tanks fill up.If I am delivering the camper for you, I ask that you check with the campground you are staying at to make sure they allow rental campers, and notify them that this is a rental if I should be arriving before you. We have had no issues yet, but some state parks do not allow rentals. When handing over the keys, I will need to take a photo of the drivers license of whoever is on the reservation (even if I deliver) and whoever else will be driving it. Be assured I will never share the photo. This is strictly for insurance purposes. We are festival, motocross/atv dirt track, and Nascar race friendly, HOWEVER, we ask that you please be considerate of dirt and mud, and have the camper cleaned upon pickup.Abandonment of the camper if you are pulling it will result in recovery and towing charges.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
I am not strict in my pickup and dropoff times. As long as the unit is back by 9pm on dropoff day, you will not be charged extra.

Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
This camper is short with no slides to worry about, so it is very easy to setup. Level left to right, with blocks under wheels if needed. Scotch wheels. Level front to back with tongue jack. Lower 4 stabilizing jacks in front and back. Hook up water, sewer, and electric. You're all done!

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Electric is 30 amp, plugs right into meter at site. We also have a 50/30 adapter if you are on a 50 amp site. Water connects straight to spigot. Sewer connects to dump spot if you have that on your site, we include sewer support stand, so all you have to do is pull the valves, the tanks empty, and you push the valve back in. Easy peasy.

Q.What fees do you charge?
A.
The only extra fee I have is delivery charge. I know it can be frustrating to try to plan a vacation only to find out the fees make it impossible. My nightly rate and delivery charge include everything. Outdoorsy does charge a service fee and insurance. That's it.
