What's includedThe fridge will be chilled and ready for you to fill with food (and beer/wine!) for your trip. Comes with an outdoor folding table and 1x camp chair. There's under storage space for you to bring extra chairs and equipment.Our kitchen comes full stocked with cooking utensils, cooking equipment, cutlery, plates, serving dishes, pans, a waffle maker, a nutribullet, cups and mugs, wine glasses, tea strainers, dishwashing things, sharp knives and chopping boards.... I'm a Chef so I've got it pretty well stocked to cook anything you need!Comes with all hoses and tank accessories, power and extension cables. Load up your bags and go.Linen and towels are not provided but can be added on for a small laundering fee per trip.We do a full clean and sanitize to COVID standards between renters. RecommendationsThis little baby has been all over the west coast and Midwest! It's a perfect lightweight trailer to take to your favourite places, unhitch and explore the region. Other things to noteWATER AND ELECTRIC: we will provide a water pressure regulator set at the correct psi, a water filter and a surge protector. By renting this trailer you agree to NEVER hook up to water or shore power without using these, and not to adjust the PSI of the regulator. You will be liable for any damage to plumbing or electrics caused by not using these accessories.INSURANCE: You will need to show evidence of appropriate insurance, and also elect Outdoorsy's damage protection insurance. Risk Taker level not permitted.GAS: this is a new tank, so if you need more gas during your trip you must not do a tank swap - refills only. If you tank swap rather than refill, you will be liable for the cost of a new tank purchase when you return the trailer. In this case you may take the old tank home with you.TOW VEHICLE: your car must be tow rated minimum 5,000lbs, and we recommend you add up the weight of the occupants of the tow vehicle plus your luggage, and ensure it does not go over the safe towing capacity for your vehicle. This is your responsibility to determine before booking the rental. The trailers dry weight, without tanks filled, is almost 4,000lbs, so while it can be towed by SUV'S like the Nissan Pathfinder, you will want to make sure you are not loading the rig up with too much extra weight (that's including your weight!) You must also have a tow package weight rated accordingly, with a 7 pin connector. We will provide the hitch and weight distribution system and show you how to hook up if you need.BRAKE CONTROLLER: We rent out a bluetooth brake controller that is operated via your phone if you need one. Please download the ECHO brake controller app prior to pick up for ease of set-up.WASTE TANKS: If you plan to empty these, please follow exactly the instructions provided on pick-up. The black tank flush can leak if you don't follow our specific steps, and overfilling the grey tank causes waste water to leak out of the valve - both of which can cause water leakage on the inside of the RV. You will be liable for water damage resulting from the not following our tank empty instructions. Alternatively, if you would prefer to let us handle the tanks, just return the camper as is and the black tank disposal fee will be charged at the end of the rental.AWNING: This must be rolled up every night and when you leave the trailer for extended periods. It is a small trailer with a not-so-hardy awning, so any old gust of wind can tear it apart! We recommend leaving it rolled up at all times except for when you are sitting under it!SMOKING Smoking of ANY KIND inside our vehicles is strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking will incur a $500 cleaning fee and be assessed to the renter’s credit card upon return of the vehicle.PETS: Dogs only permitted, damage protection insurance required. Pets may NOT be left unattended in the trailer at any time. Max 30lbs. A $25 pet cleaning fee will be added to each reservation. Evidence of an unapproved pet in the vehicle will be assessed a $100 fee. To ensure cleanliness and comfort for all guests, we ask that they are not allowed on the bed or sofa. Please bring along a pet bed for them. If animals have been on the soft furnishings, you will be subject to a $150 extra cleaning fee for dry cleaning and treatment of the sofa cushions and mattress.WHERE CAN YOU GO? This RV is not set up for off-roading. If you plan to dry camp on BLM lands, do not drive into your planned camp location with the trailer before scouting out prior. It's a small trailer and the hitch is low to the ground, any ruts or potholes can cause damage to the trailer. The tires are paved surface only. Otherwise, you are welcome to camp in hookup campgrounds, national forests, wherever you please, as long as you are not running the battery off grid for longer than two days, as depletion of the battery all the way to empty causes damage. You will also experience the fun of a chirping carbon monoxide alarm if the battery runs out, and a fridge that won't operate.
