Our rolling condo is great for larger families or big gatherings! With one king bed, a bunk room, a loft, and two pull out full sized sofas there is plenty of room for everyone to sleep. It comes with 2 AC units + heated throughout. An electric fireplace heater in the living room as well. Tons of storage underneath, and inside. It is ready for your tailgate party or family camping trip! Must have a site big enough for 44ft camper! Must have septic and 50amp hook up at site!What's includedX4 camping chairs
