NO SMOKING/VAPING: Any evidence of smoking inside the unit will result in a total forfeiture of the security deposit for deep cleaning and ozone treatment.
2. ROOF ACCESS: Strictly prohibited. Please do not climb the rear ladder or walk on the roof.
3. AWNING SAFETY: Awnings must be retracted during high winds (15mph+), heavy rain, or whenever you leave the campsite. Renter is responsible for any wind damage.
4. TOILET POLICY: Only RV-specific toilet paper (provided) is to be flushed. No "flushable" wipes, paper towels, or feminine products.
5. SLIDE-OUTS: Ensure all exterior obstructions (trees/posts) are cleared before extending. Do not operate slides while the unit is un-leveled.
6. CLEANING: Please return the unit "broom clean." While we handle the heavy sanitizing, excessive mud or interior mess will result in an additional $100 cleaning fee
