Phil was such a nice, energetic guy and a great host! He made a YouTube video explaining all parts of the RV that really helped me get an understanding of everything (as a 1st time RV-er). He gave a thorough walkthrough when I met him to pick it up, and was prompt to communicate throughout our trip. We had a great experience with the booking process and especially the host. Gary was fantastic, very responsive and helped guild us through the whole process. He checked in with us prior to arrival to see if we needed anything specific put in the trailer and met us on site to walk us through how everything worked the day of arrival.
