The Salem River Wildlife Management Area is nearby and offers fun activities for the whole family. Visitors can partake in lots of water sports, including kayaking and canoeing. There's also a short 0.2-mile trek from the main road to a viewing platform overlooking Mannington Creek, the ideal place to snap some pictures or enjoy a picnic. Phil was such a nice, energetic guy and a great host! He made a YouTube video explaining all parts of the RV that really helped me get an understanding of everything (as a 1st time RV-er). He gave a thorough walkthrough when I met him to pick it up, and was prompt to communicate throughout our trip. The Minnie was exactly what our family needed to figure out if we are all about the RV life, and after this trip it turns out we are more into it than we even knew!!
