Pull-Through, Full Hookups with 50/30 amp and cable sites offer easy entrance and exit and long enough to handle your rig and tow without unhooking. These are very popular sites but limited in number. 3 night maximum stay please. Back-in, Water/Electric, 50/30 amp and Cable sites are spacious sites, near restrooms. Perfect for the larger pop ups smaller travel trailers and motorhomes. Dump station available. Book early, you'll be glad you did. Back-in, Water/Electric, 30/20 Amp with Cable are great sites for pop up or tent campers who want a little more. Near the restrooms. These go quickly so be sure to book right away.After you are taken to your site, you can take a stroll back to the General Store to see what treats will tempt you. There are the many varieties of fresh fudge (made right here) or a plethora of wonderful flavors of ice cream that will make your taste buds happy.
Riverview RV Park
With close to a mile of riverfront property near where the Vermilion River empties into Lake Erie in Lorain, Ohio, Riverview RV Park offers visitors unique scenic views of wilderness areas, and high shale cliffs that make for a relaxing and enjoyable stay at the park. Located just two minutes from the public beach, the Vermilion city swimming pool, and Mill Hollow Park, Riverview RV Park hosts plenty of grassy campsites and several pull throughs with electrical, fresh water, and gray water hookups, plus a honey bee sewage service once or twice a week. Willow Lake park is a comfortable, relaxed, family-friendly place to park your RV, and it?s also convenient to many other attractions and communities in northeastern Ohio. The Shale Creek Golf Club is just next door, the Mill Stream Run Reservation is only a few minutes north on the Interstate 71, and a slightly longer drive eastward takes you to Cuyahoga Valley National Park. The communities of Lakewood and Cleveland, on the shores of Lake Erie, are less than an hour?s drive away. If you?d rather relax at your mobile home, on-site amenities at Willow Lake Park include a playground, mini-putt golf course, a playground, a central pavilion with a snack bar and picnic tables, a baseball field, and a basketball court. Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum
For any of you out there who is a music fan, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum is the perfect place to go. As you approach the museum, you will hear music blaring out of speakers, and there is quite often a band playing in the grounds. The design of the building is spectacular, the highlight being a glass pyramid. There is so much to see here that you should reserve the whole day for visiting. You can go to the cafe and get a light lunch, while looking out onto the lake. There are quite a few floors, so it's probably best to start at the basement. Here there is plenty of music history and many artifacts, such as instruments and clothes belonging to the stars, as well as original song notes, personal effects, and recording equipment. The exhibits come from all genres of music and different eras, starting from the early 1900s. There are less exhibits as you go up the floors , but there are interactive music booths, which are great fun for both adults and children. On the top floor, there is an auditorium which plays videos about different stars an music in general. In addition, they have temporary exhibits and evening concerts.
Timber Ridge Campground
Timber Ridge Campground is a full service campground located midway between Toledo and Cleveland. There are plenty of activities in the park as well as a lot to do in the area.
