The Great Outdoors

Stony Ridge might not be situated in the most exciting part of Ohio, but a short drive in nearly any direction will yield a number of incredible parks and recreation areas where you can take your Stony Ridge camper rental. Maumee Bay State Park and Cedar Point National Wildlife Refuge are two conjoined natural areas to the north along the shores of Lake Erie, brimming with possibility and potential when you rent an RV and set off on a road trip. Maumee Bay State Park is both an upscale resort and a natural rustic camping park, with something for everyone. Swimming in Lake Erie is a fantastic idea during the sweltering summertime, and gentle breezes roll off the lake to help you stay cool too. Cedar Point National Wildlife Refuge was once a shooting club for gun aficionados but was donated in 1964 for the preservation of local wildlife. Much of the reserve is closed to the public, but there are tons of awesome fishing spots to use and swamps where you can observe migratory birds.

RV Parks

Finding a pleasant park to stay at when you rent an RV in Stony Ridge is quite an easy task, so don’t lose any sleep over it. Toledo East/Stony Ridge KOA is one of the places to consider parking the Stony Ridge RV rental for a short stay. There is a mini-golf course, and also a swimming pool and a dog park among other things at this camping resort.

City Sightseeing

What Stony Ridge lacks in attractions and businesses, Toledo surely makes up for in spades. The National Museum of the Great Lakes, for instance, is a dream for those who enjoy learning about navigation, nautical life, and history. There are six different exhibits recounting different aspects of the Great Lakes shipping and nautical history, a real-life decommissioned ship you can tour, and an outdoor maritime park.

Our family had a great time on our trip to Texas using Joel's RV. It was clean, safe, and affordable. Joel answered all our questions and was available, and even reached out to us to see how we were doing. It was a pleasurable experience and I highly recommend renting from Joel and will certainly rent from him when traveling in the future.

this was my first RV renting experience and overall it was awesome! the host was super nice and took time to explain how everything works. some turkeys jumped in front of the RV and the host took care of everything while we got to enjoy our vacation. I would absolutely recommend renting an RV from this host to anyone who wants a professional and friendly rental experience
