This area is known for its white sand beaches! There are so many areas to explore! Local beach sites and state parks provide extra outdoor activities for all to enjoy!

The Retreat RV and Campground on Styx River
Boggs and Boulders
Blackwater River State Park
Bear Lake, Krull Lake and Hurricane Lake are all my favorite places!
Other things to note
IF PICKING UP/TOWING - Trailer Brake Controller installed on Vehicle is highly recommend. Weight distribution/anti-sway kit will be provided as an additional add-on. If no towing control or Anti-sway bar add on selected, please have me deliver.
NOTE: To prevent damage to the awning, it must be stowed during rainy and/or windy weather. Renter will be responsible for damages as the awning is not covered by insurance.
Renter is responsible for dumping the trailer. If you do not dump there will be a $100 dump fee (available as an add-on, if you know in advance you're not going to dump).
We do not expect it to be returned sparkling clean, but please pick up after yourself. If heavy cleaning is required upon return, an additional $50 cleaning fee (per hour) will be assessed.
Pets and kids always welcome! Please, No smoking inside (or additional $500 cleaning fee will be assessed).
Do not put food in the sink drain.
Do not put anything but toilet tissue in the toilet.
These additional fees will be taken from your security deposit.
