Brand new, fully stocked, and ready for your upcoming getaway!This unit is loaded and has everything you could ever want or need to make your trip fun and stress free!Unit is 39’ with a bunkhouse (one full size bed only) and loft, full king bed in the master, outdoor cooking and 50” flatscreen tv. Comes with a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom, full propane, and cleaning supplies. Luxury bedding and extra sheets on board. We provide basic spices in the kitchen, 2 rolls of toilet paper, cleaning supplies, trash bags, games, outdoor rug and chairs, bath and kitchen towels, and basic camping essentials. We do not provide WiFi, cell phone service, extra bedding beyond what is necessary to sleep in the 5th wheel, sleeping bags, or personal items. The unit is very well appointed but you’re camping/glamping and it’s not a hotel. Though I would say it’s appointed very well and you should not need much to be comfortable. A full guide is in board to help you operate everything. We will also do a full walk through with you too.Nitty gritty:
No parties, huge groups, renters under 30, or pets that are not approved first. Occupancy for 4, each addtnl person is $20/day, up to 8 people max. If you have more than 8 people, you Will forfeit your deposit. No pets without approval. If you sneak your pets, you will forfeit your deposit. We use a black light to detect pee. If your dog pees in the unit, clean it up immediately.No generator included. No traveling with unit. No driving vehicle included. Unit will be delivered and set up within 60 miles of placerville, ca.
