Vadim is an awesome host! He made the rental process easy and was very friendly and knowledgeable. His FJ Cruiser is built really well and set up to tackle the California wilderness. Marcus was absolutely fantastic to work with! From the start, he made everything easy—he had the hitch and converter ready for my car, patiently walked me through every detail, and made sure I felt confident towing (which was huge for me as a first-timer). When the battery died that first night, he went above and beyond—purchasing a generator and driving up the next morning to get us up and running again. His kindness and willingness to help made the whole trip stress-free. Luna was the perfect trailer for me, my husband, and our pup, and we had such a wonderful time. Truly a 10/10 experience—we’d rent from Marcus again in a heartbeat!
