- Security deposit: $700.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $60.00. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental.

Q.Why are the mattress and bedding not included?
A.
For sanitary reasons, I have made the decision not to include a mattress and bedding in the camper van. I believe that it is more hygienic for each renter to bring their own air mattress and bedding, ensuring a clean and comfortable sleep environment that is exclusively theirs.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
For picking up please allow 20 - 30 minutes to learn about the van.
For dropping off - you can drop off without meeting me. Keys can be left in an area in the van (to be disclosed at time of pick-up)
