Keurig Coffee Maker, full kitchen utensils, pots, pans and paper products etc... 4 Quality camping chairs, 2 sleeping bags, indoor and outdoor area rugs. Fold down table to sleep 1 adult or 2 children. Sofa folds down to sleep one adult or 2 children. Overheard sleeper queen bed sleeps 2 adults. Master bedroom queen bed sleeps 2 adults. Has all the comforts of a home on wheels. A full kitchen with 3 burner Stove top, and oven. A double sink with hot water. A microwave oven. A refrigerator, and freezer. Slide out drawers, large pantry, and cupboards. A full bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink - toilet paper and supplies included. Exterior track lighting, 18 foot electric awning. Slide out table for BBQ or cooking.. And an outdoor TV with Bluetooth player and sound system. This RV is ready for the road, and adventure with the comforts of home. Dogs allowed $100.00 pet fee per dog up to 35 pounds, 2 dog limit. Dog fee will be taken out of security deposit, along with any other additional cleaning fee's.

Flat $20 propane fee.

Cleaning Fee Required

Minimum Cleaning Fee applied $70. Please keep refrigerator cleaned, bathroom, toilet, stove, oven- those are the main common areas we are paying attention to. Make sure there are no stains on the carpet, cushions and mattresses. There will be an additional $100 fee for excessive sand. Please be courteous and considerate.

Fueling Fee Paid on Return

If gas tank is not full upon return there is a $50 refueling fee plus the cost of gas.

$35.00 Waste tank dump fee Paid on Return

Our storage facility will gladly dump the tanks for you if you would rather let someone else do the dirty work. Dumping fee applies if the Grey and Black holding tank are not drained. Make sure monitor level panel also shows empty on on both tanks. The RV has both a sewer and water hose. Each campground has its own dump station in and provides water for flushing holding tanks. You can also find dump stations at at some gas stations or truck stops.

Great experience. Jim was extremely polite and forthcoming. He went out of his way to help me out with a SIM card for my phone, was always available and helpful. The vehicle was in great shape, brand new, comfortable and clean. Overall, an outstanding experience. I do recommend it.

I loved the motorhome. It drives easily. I had not driven a motorhome for many years and just took it slow. I went to dillions beach in the rain and all went well. I appreciated the plastic utensils, and a well stocked kitchen. My grandchildren were very happy to play on the upper bed . ...
