What's included

Here is a glimpse of what we have stocked in our RV:
Single serve K-Cup style coffee maker, toaster, small blender, plates/bowls/cups, glass coffee cups, plastic wine glasses, pots/pans, utensils, cutting boards, can opener, wine bottle opener, cocktail shaker, dish towels, dish soap, paper towels, foil/saran wrap/ziplocks, trash bags, broom, bath linens, RV toilet paper, and cozy bedding for the 3 beds (upon request & no additional charge). We also include a few family card/board games, 4 outdoor camp chairs, marshmallow roasting sticks, lighter, flashlights, lanterns, large outdoor mat, roadside emergency kit, first aid kit, leveling blocks, & surge protector. Full inventory list provided with confirmed reservation.

Recommendations

Don't plan on leaving the same night you pick up the RV! By the time you get home after the 6PM pick up/training, it'll already be late. Pack that night and leave in the morning when you are fresh!
Even if you plan to leave the minute you pick up the RV, you'll need to make prior arrangements for parking your car. Most people split up and drive home: one in the RV and the other following behind in the family car. Always best to keep your car parked at your house.
At the end of your trip, plan on spending at least 2 hours when you get home to unpack your stuff, clean the inside of the RV, and top off the Diesel before your drop off time.

Other things to note

I am selective about who I rent to because this is my personal RV that I use for family camping trips! As such, before I approve a booking I will ask you for the following:
1. Itinerary and expected mileage
2. Number of people in your party (cannot exceed 4) and ages
3. If you have any physical limitations that could limit your ability to operate the RV (ie inability to crawl on your knees or climb steps).
4. If you have any experience driving an RV, or if this is your first time. Don't worry, most people who rent are first timers!
5. You must review and agree to my Supplemental Rental & Rules Agreement, and Fees Addendum.
6. You must agree to the pick up time of 6PM and allow for up to 2 hours for the training and driving lesson. All drivers must be present. Take this into account when you plan your trip. I recommend you pack up the RV that night as soon as you get home, and then leave for your trip the NEXT morning. You don't want to roll into a campground after dark and try setting everything up at night, while you're tired.

RULES:
-At time of booking request, send itinerary, destination, approximate mileage, number of people in your party, and ages.
-Renter(s) must be at least 25 years of age and ALL drivers must be added and verified, & only those drivers can take the unit out.
-Max of 4 people allowed.
-ALL drivers REQUIRED be present at pick-up.
-Renters must review and sign my Supplemental Rules & Rental Agreement, and a Fees Addendum.
-I require campground camping WITH hookups
-NO exceeding the 1,000 pound weight limit, for combined cargo AND passengers. As reference, my family of 4 weighs around 600 pounds.
-NO pets. If pet evidence is found, you will be charged the extra cleaning fee
-NO festivals/outdoor concerts/tailgating
-NO Burning Man
-NO rustic, off-grid or off-road camping
-NO vaping, smoking, candle burning, or incense burning
-NO strong cooking smells inside the unit
-NO climbing on the roof
-NO towing
-NO bicycles allowed inside RV and if you want to bring a bike rack, it must be approved by us, and be rated for RV use.
-NO awning use during windy or stormy conditions. Use at your own risk. Damaged awning is not covered by insurance and you will be charged the full cost of replacement.
