Very clean, well maintained and well equipped little unit. Basic Kitchen setup with service for 4. 2 burner stove and microwave. TV. Kitchen slide out makes this compact trailer feel much larger when set up at camp. Lots of storage inside and out. Power awning & screen room. Comes with 2 camp chairs. Stabilizing jacks permanently mounted. Refrigerator, AC and furnace all work well. Tows easily behind smaller SUV's and has antisway bar. Trailer does have brakes and brake controller recommended. Queen bed (bring your own linen). Hose, power cords, adapters and sewer hose all included with the unit. Mature dogs ok, please no puppies. Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Depending on the day of week and time of year we can be flexible on pick-up and drop off times. Feel free to ask if there are specific time needs for your situation.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
This tows very easily behind even small SUV's. There is an anti-sway attachment that is included with the rental that helps while on the highway and can be easily loosened/removed when maneuvering to get into your camp spot.
Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Electric is a 30 amp plug which can be converted (adapter included) to a standard 110v plug. Air conditioning would require the full 30 amp power source but everything else is fine on regular household power.
Water - there is an onboard fresh water tank or it can be hooked directly to a spigot for pressurized water depending on your destination
Sewer - Drain tube included and most campgrounds have a sewer hookup in the site or in the park.
