Jayco Jayflight 26BH (29ft). Easy 1/2 ton towable bunkhouse model (4725 lbs dry) with ducted AC and furnace. Trailer has been refreshed (7/2022) with new memory foam mattresses on all beds, new sleeper sofa, new dinette cushions, 2 new Roku Smart TVs, new awning and solar panels!Queen bedroom in the front, twin over full size bunks in the back. Dinette and sofa both fold down into beds. It technically sleeps up to 9, but that works best if a handful of those are kids! I feel like the trailer sleeps 6 people very comfortably with all beds in use.Great for dry camping with 90 gallon fresh water capacity (can be filled prior to pickup for a fee), 33 gallon black water and 33 gallon grey water tanks. 6 gallon hot water heater runs off shore power or propane. 15 gallon propane capacity. 200w solar panels charge the battery which can run lights, water pump, DC and USB outlets and stereo with inside and outside speakers nearly indefinitely with proper sunlight.Fully equipped kitchen has everything you need! Large 2 basin sink, 2 door refrigerator/freezer that runs off shore power or propane, 3 burner propane stove/oven, coffee maker and a microwave. Fully stocked with plates, cups, utensils, pots, pans, etc.Shower and 1/2 size tub with skylight above for some extra head room! Full shampoo/conditioner/bodywash dispenser in the shower means less gear for you to pack. Sink and vanity are outside the bathroom. This is a great setup for larger families/groups. There is also an outdoor shower with hot and cold water as well!Rental includes all bedding for the queen bedroom, 4 sleeping bags and pillows for the other beds (can provide additional bedding upon request), portable grill, 5 camp chairs.Weight distribution hitch with anti-sway control and trailer tire pressure monitoring system is included for peace of mind while towing. A playground and river access, full-hookups and a nice bathroom/shower facility. There is generally lots of availability during the week, even in peak-season!Other things to notePets are welcome but must be crated when not accompanied. No pets allowed on beds or furniture.No smoking inside the trailer!Upon return, black and grey water tanks should be empty. There will be a $100 fee if I have to empty your waste because, well...that's gross.Please do a quick wipedown and remove trash before returning. Calvin and Jess were wonderful to rent from. The camper was very clean, organized and loaded with all the camping goodies we needed. Plus they were there for support when we needed them. Another great family vacation in the books! I would recommend renting with them for your adventure, too.
