Fees
- Security deposit: $500.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $100.00. This fee will covers linens, preparing and restocking, set up and tear down, as well as sanitizing the unit prior to each rental.

Really nice RV with plenty of supplies in the kitchen. Nice touch including the shampoo and such just like a hotel! Will definitely be renting from James again. 5 Stars!!
